أفادت 3 مصادر مطلعة لوكالة رويترز، أن روسيا قد توافق على استخدام 300 مليار دولار من أصولها السيادية المجمدة في أوروبا، للمساهمة في إعادة إعمار أوكرانيا، لكنها ستشترط تخصيص جزء من هذه الأموال للمناطق التي تُسيطر عليها قواتها، والتي تمثل حوالي 20% من الأراضي الأوكرانية. (سكاي نيوز)
