ورغم الانهيارات المتتالية التي عصفت بالعملة الوطنية منذ اندلاع الاحتجاجات الشعبية في 2011، فإن التطورات الأخيرة تكشف عن ظواهر غير مألوفة في سياسات سعر الصرف، حيث يتراجع الدولار في السوق السوداء إلى مستويات أقل من السعر المحدد من قبل المصرف المركزي.
